Helen Noakes is a juicy yoga teacher, based in Greece. She has traveled around the world teaching yoga and massage, but feels most at home next to a roaring waterfall which matches her rebel personality. Her regrets no longer feel relevant, but has made her into the woman she is now. In other words - a true yoga goddess!
One of the things Sara N Bergman likes most about herself is her hands - for what they make her create. And this includes everything from illustrations for children´s books, to set stylings, murals and and logotypes. She´s also known as one part of the artist duo Lemholt n´ Bergman, and just looking at their instagram account @lemholtnbergman is like entering another world, a world filled only with softness and beauty. To see beauty everywhere you also have to spread beauty, and this is exactly what Sara does. And if she can decide, she does it wearing a kaftan and with freshly washed hair!
I met first met Ida Strandlund at my favorite shop in Palma, Tree of Life. I liked her right away; she has a charm and a lightness which is not easy to come by. That´s why not surprised that the things she likes most about herself includes her heart and her brain. And how can you not love a woman who describes herself as a waterbaby...?!
Lina Johansson is a Swedish photographer, videographer and journalist, and an eternal seeker of the perfect light (which she somehow always manages to find!). She describes herself as innocent, alive and raw, and is equally excited about eating her favorite breakfast in her home in Åre as travelling around the world. She is one of the most talented and wise people I know, and I´m happy to present her as this months muse.
Meet the lovely Vienda Maria - a woman´s empowerment mentor I first met in Goa in 2014. She describes herself as an artist at core, a free-spirited, intuitive tender soul who loves to observe human behaviour, has so much to be grateful about, but probably should have kissed more boys (shouldn´t we all?!)
